The Hi-Way Drive In, one of the largest drive-in movie theaters in the area parking 730 cars, is owned by Lee and Kathy Zimmerman.  The Zimmerman family has been in the movie theater business for almost 50 years, operating many of the drive-in and indoor theaters in the area throughout that time.  Although the drive-in was only acquired by them within the last 2 years, it has been managed by Marie Zimmerman, Lee’s mother, since the 1970s.  Being a family owned and operated drive-in, the Zimmerman’s are completely devoted to providing a family atmosphere for you to watch the movies.  We show no R-rated movies, and feature first run movies for your entertainment.  We have a concession with an extensive menu including pizza, hot dogs and hamburgers, french fries (a customer favorite!), nachos, and ice cream at very reasonable prices.

In addition to our nightly double-feature movies in the summer, we also hold flea markets every Sunday.  With very low admission rates, and sometimes as many as over 200 vendors selling items of all shapes and sizes, the flea market is a great way to spend a warm summer Sunday afternoon.

Come check us out for an evening of family fun and entertainment or an afternoon of great bargains and friendly conversation!  It will be a unique experience you don’t want to miss.

As of October 29, we will  be closed for the season.
