Flea market information for Venders

VENDERS ARE TO SET UP ON PAVED AREA ONLY!
Venders must enter through front gate
Venders are not permitted to sell anything that would compete with our concession

·        One space for selling costs $25.00
     (A space is from the base of one speaker pole to another)

·        Venders receive $5.00 back if you take everything home with you that you do not sell

·        Absolutely nothing is to be put in our dumpster or garbage cans and space must be clean to receive the $5.00
     If we see you taking anything to our garbage cans or dumpster, you forfeit your $5.00

·        Vender space is available on a first come first serve basis

·        Venders supply your own tables, chairs, etc for selling and displaying items

·        Gate opens at 12:00 am (before movie season starts) and after the movies end during the season

·        Gate opens for buyers at 5:00 am

·        Concession opens at 5:30 am serving breakfast sandwiches, hot coffee, donuts and more!

·        Venders receive coupon for one free coffee and one donut along with tickets for free space raffle drawn at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm 
     (Tickets must be put in container in concession to be entered in raffle)

·        There is an 80/20 Raffle every Sunday for Venders Only 
     (Venders receive 80% House gets 20%)

DONT'S

·        Absolutely no firearms are to be sold or brought on to the property

·        (Pictures and Raffle Tickets are permitted)

·        No live animals are to be sold or given away

·        Do not set up on the grass areas; that is for buyers parking; you will be asked to move

·        Pets are not permitted at the flea market
